Healthy Snacks to Munch on!
#1. Corn
Corn is rich in fiber, also contains vitamins and minerals.
You can make many variations of your choice like
a) Roast maize
on slow gas flame or on charcoal then sprinkle some salt, lemon juice and paprika powder.
b) Popcorn
yes, in a thick sauce pan add some butter and salt sauté for a minute on slow to medium flame then cover with lid, without out disturbing wait until the last pop.
c) boiled corn kernels
to this just add pink salt, pepper or any spice of your choice.
#2. Nuts
Nuts of your choice
If you want to munch on almonds better eat them soaked and skin peeled.
Studies show that, regular consumption can decrease in bad (LDL) cholesterol levels and weight loss.
#3. Coconut
a) Tender Coconut
b) Freshly Grated Coconut
you can either add some raw organic honey or maple syrup or you may skip.
c) a teaspoon of organic cold pressed coconut oil.

Coconut is rich in fiber and MCTs (, Medium chain triglycerides) they’re rapidly broken down and absorbed in to the body. This makes them quick energy source and less likely to be stored as fat.
Also MCT’s are widely used by body builders and athlete.
#4. Fox Nuts (Makhanas/Euryale Ferox /Lotus Seeds)
In a skillet add a teaspoon of ghee sauté them for 2 to 3 minutes on a low flame.
It’s a nutritious healthy low in cholesterol and good source of protein, magnesium, potassium, manganese and phosphorous.
#5. Beet Greens {good for high B.P}
Consume it as a smoothie or a salad.
These leaves are great for maintaining a healthy weight!
NOTE: People suffering from low B.P please don’t consume these leaves, as it lowers high blood pressure.
#6. Avocado {an incredible fruit, powerful antioxidant, contains nearly 20 vitamins and minerals}
This is a unique fruit, rich in fiber, heart-healthy monosatuarated fatty acids and also contains more potassium then bananas. It improves digestion, risk of depression and protests against cancer. If consumed on a regular basis can lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
A} mash avocado and spread it on toast, or bread, with some seasoning of your choice.
B} good substitute for mayonnaise.
C}blend it in to a smoothie, you may add some raw honey or maple syrup too, to enhance the flavor.
#7. Cottage cheese, Feta Cheese and Bulgarian Cheese
A} add it in to your salad.
B} munch it with some roasted and powdered flax seeds
C}toss it with some butter for a minute on medium to low flame and add a teaspoon of tomato ketchup and enjoy!

Consume it with a pinch of salt or add some chopped veggies of your choice.

A} You can add some citrus fruits to enhance richness.
B} you may add some roasted and powdered cumin powder or flax seeds roasted and powdered.
NOTE; roasting flax seeds, breaks the hard seed coat, which is difficult to break while chewing, also it will make the nutrients easier for you to digest.
